How much does a digital invitation cost?
It depends on your pricing plan. All of them include unlimited sending, interactive location services, and can be updated up to the wedding day in case of any last-minute changes.

What if the ceremony and reception are held in the same place?
Don’t worry, we can adapt the design so that the ceremony and reception location appear in the same module.

Can the design of the sections be customized?
Yes, you can write to us to customize any text you want, as long as it doesn’t involve changes to the style (This counts as one modification). You can also remove modules (those indicated as optional in the customization form). The modifiable images are those that appear named in the digital invitation, although exceptionally we can also change the cover of the Standard invitations if the characteristics of the sent image are valid. All of this will count as one of your changes per time.

What kind of music is available in pro?
Just tell us the song you want in the form and we’ll add it to the wedding invitation. The music starts playing when you click on the static button in the upper right corner, along with the corresponding animation. It can be paused in the same way.

*How does the support for changes to the wedding invitation work?
Initially, a limit of 1 modification is established per standard plan and 2 per premium plan. Every time you write to us will count as a change, regardless of how many items need to be modified.
Of course, our client is always the priority, we also understand that an unforeseen last minute modification may arise and we will be happy to solve it.

How long can the content be edited?
If any last minute changes arise, you can write to us up to the wedding day and we will edit it so that all guests have the updated information.

Where do the RSVPs go?
There are two options for RSVPs:
1. Use your own form:
– You can enter the URL of your own form in the invitation.
– We will incorporate a button in the invitation that will link to your form.
– You will be able to manage the RSVPs independently.2. Use our form:
If you choose to use our form, all RSVPs will go directly to your email.
– You will be kept informed in real time.
– You will receive an individual message each time a guest completes their details in the form.
TIP: You can save these confirmations in a folder to keep them all stored and organized. -
How do the locations work?
It’s very easy, just click on the “location” button and it will link directly to Google Maps, so no one gets lost on such an important day.

How do I share my wedding invitation?
The best way to share the invitation is to send your guests a message with an image of the couple. In the message, add the link (and password if it’s required) so that when they click on it, they go directly to the wedding invitation. If you have contracted the premium plan, remember that we will also send you this image along with a logo for your wedding.

Can I request a change of logo or image edition in the premium plan?
Yes, but each request will count as one of the maximum modifications included in the plan.
